More Voting Tom-Foolery

I messed around with the voting code some more. Votes still get counted the same as they used to be; however, every night at midnight, every strip that has more than one vote will have its vote total decreased by 0.05 votes. This does not affect the total rating. It does affect the score on the Ranking by Score page.

This change is intended to reduce the weight of older votes. This means that new votes will influence to a greater extent the rating of a strip that once had many votes. This also means that strips that don't have a new vote in a while will slowly become strips with one vote. I think it's a good idea, but who knows?
